Our shop rate is $60.00 per hour. We do onsite service as well, with an added charge which varies with distance from Owen Sound for the onsite visit. To schedule an onsite visit please contact us at 519-371-4300.
For those who find it convenient, we have a depot in Wiarton at the Wiarton Echo office on Berford Street. Computers can be dropped off and picked up there. Please fill in a service request form there, and call the Owen Sound office to let us know there is something we need to pick up.
Repairs are done on a first come, first served basis. Emergency service is available for a fee if you need something done immediately. Business computer service is considered Emergency Service unless we are instructed otherwise.
For some service work it is possible to book an appointment and have the work done while you wait (or shop, if you prefer). Please phone the office to book.
